Paul's unwavering commitment to follow God's calling, even in the face of certain danger, challenges us to examine our own courage in serving Christ. Despite warnings and pleas from his friends Paul remained resolute, valuing obedience to God above personal safety. In what areas of your life is God calling you to step out in faith, despite potential opposition or discomfort? Reflect on Paul's words: "I am ready not only to be bound, but also to die... for the name of the Lord Jesus." Ask God for the strength to follow His leading, even when the path seems difficult or uncertain.
