Grace is not passive—it actively trains us like a coach preparing an athlete for competition. This divine training teaches us to say "no" to ungodliness and worldly passions, and "yes" to self-controlled, righteous, and godly living. Grace reshapes our desires, actions, and priorities. Jesus spoke radically about cutting off your hand if it causes sin—not literally, but demonstrating the seriousness of our battle. The Christian life isn't about outward niceness while ignoring God; it's about transformation from the inside out. Grace gives you power through the Holy Spirit to put off the old self and put on the new. What specific area is God's grace training you in today? Surrender to His coaching.
