Day 2: Redeemed from the Slave Market

Devotional:
We were all enslaved—bound by sin's chains, unable to free ourselves. Jesus entered the slave market of humanity and paid the ultimate price to redeem us. Redemption means both freedom from sin's penalty and power. Romans 8:1 declares no condemnation for those in Christ—every lawless deed, every sin, covered completely. The battle isn't over because you're still struggling; the battle is won because Christ already conquered. Stop seeing sin as your master. When you stumble, don't quit the fight—remember the victory is already secured. Today, identify one area where sin feels like a master, and declare Christ's redemption over it. Live in the freedom He purchased with His blood.
