Christ saved us to make us zealous—eager, burning with anticipation for good works. This isn't passive Christianity; it's active, purposeful living. Being zealous means: worshiping God wholeheartedly, battling sin in ourselves and helping others do the same, leading people to Christ, serving the vulnerable, discipling believers, confronting corruption, and impacting the next generation. Jesus gave Himself completely, holding nothing back. He redeemed and purified us for this purpose. The question isn't whether we should do good works, but whether we're eager for them. Are you looking for opportunities or waiting for them to find you? Today, identify one specific way you can zealously serve Christ. Then act on it. Let the reality of what Jesus did for you fuel passionate, purposeful living for His glory.
