Wholeheartedly Following God - Day 3: Seeking God's Presence with All Your Heart

Day 3: Seeking God's Presence with All Your Heart
Reading: Jeremiah 29:12-13; Colossians 3:1-2

Devotional:
At sixteen years old, Josiah began to seek the God of his father David. To seek God doesn't mean He's lost—it means setting your mind and heart fully on Him. God promises that when we search for Him with all our heart, we will find Him. Yet how often do we neglect His presence, settling for religious routine instead of genuine relationship? Like a solar eclipse where the moon hides the sun despite its proximity, our carnal desires can obscure the beauty of God's presence even though He's never left us. The question isn't God's availability but our pursuit. Are you seeking His face continually, or only in seasons of crisis? Today, set your heart and soul to seek the Lord. Turn from earthly distractions and fix your mind on things above where Christ is seated.

Amen God is so good. May I seek him with all of my being.
