Having received God's astounding love, we're called to respond. First, continue believing—present-tense, daily trust in Christ who laid down His life willingly and took it up again. Let this love rekindle your passion for God when religion feels routine. Second, love who God loves. Since He loved the world—the whole, bad, rebellious world—we must extend that same love to others. This isn't natural; it's supernatural, flowing from hearts transformed by grace. Today, identify someone difficult to love—perhaps someone who has hurt you or opposes you. How can you demonstrate God's love to them practically? Remember, you were once unlovely, yet He pursued you. Let the greatest love story ever told not just comfort you but compel you to become a conduit of that same scandalous, pursuing, transforming love to a world that desperately needs it.
