Reading: Acts 13:4-12
Devotional:
The missionaries in Acts 13 were not volunteers who wandered into foreign territory on a whim. They were called, sent, and directed by the Holy Spirit. This is the foundation of all gospel witness. Before Paul ever confronted Bar-Jesus, before Sergius Paulus ever heard a word of truth, the Spirit had already gone ahead. The battle belongs to God, but He chooses to advance His kingdom through ordinary, sent people. You have also been sent. Your neighborhood, your workplace, your family table — these are mission fields. The question is not whether you are called. The question is whether you are going.
Personal Reflection:
Where has God specifically placed you that no one else occupies? How might that placement be intentional rather than accidental?
Practical Application:
Identify one person in your immediate sphere of influence who has not yet heard the gospel clearly. Pray for them by name every day this week.
