Day 5: The Miracle of Unity
Reading: Ephesians 4:1-16; Acts 6:5-7
Perhaps the greatest miracle in Acts 6 wasn't the solution itself but that the whole church agreed. Cultural tensions between Hellenists and Hebrews could have torn them apart. Instead, they chose seven Hellenist men to serve, demonstrating extraordinary trust and humility. The Hebrew majority released control; the Hellenist minority received honor. This unity unleashed exponential growth—disciples multiplied, even priests were saved. Unity doesn't mean uniformity or ignoring differences. It means being one in Christ, wanting what's best for His church regardless of personal preference. Today, ask God to reveal any area where you're prioritizing your agenda over kingdom unity. Choose humility over being right. When believers walk in genuine unity, the world takes notice and God's purposes advance powerfully.
