Divine Encounters That Transform - Day 4: Unconditional Submission to the Lord

Day 4: Unconditional Submission to the Lord
Reading: Matthew 28:18-20; Philippians 2:9-11

Devotional:
Saul's first words after encountering Jesus were, "Lord, what do You want me to do?" This arrogant, self-righteous persecutor was instantly humbled—blind, led by the hand, unable to eat or drink. He went from destroyer to submitted servant in one divine moment. Jesus declared, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth." This means everyone—including you—must answer to Him. That reality should inform every area of life: career, relationships, finances, entertainment, and ambitions. The right response to meeting Jesus isn't negotiation or partial compliance; it's unconditional submission. Saul learned he was opposing God Himself—kicking against the goads only hurt him more. Is Jesus truly Lord of your entire life, or just the religious compartment? Surrender isn't defeat; it's the pathway to your true purpose.
