"Why are you persecuting Me?" Jesus asked Saul. But Saul was attacking Christians, not Jesus—or so he thought. This reveals a stunning truth: Jesus is intimately connected to His Church. What we do to believers, we do to Christ Himself. The Church isn't merely an organization preserving traditions or keeping Jesus' memory alive. It is the living Body of Christ, animated by His Spirit. When we attack, neglect, or cut ourselves off from the Church, we're doing it to Jesus. When we serve, love, and unite with believers, we minister to Christ. This should radically change how we view Sunday gatherings, fellow Christians, and church unity. You cannot be connected to Christ while disconnected from His Body. How does this truth reshape your commitment to Christian community?
