Devotional:
From creation's beginning, God declared His work "good" and humanity "very good indeed." He is not indifferent to what He's made, and neither should we be. You were created to live enthusiastically for purposes that matter eternally. Paul exemplifies transformed passion—once zealous for traditions, he redirected that fire toward knowing Christ. He counted everything as loss compared to the surpassing worth of Jesus. When you stand before God's throne, college jerseys, political affiliations, and earthly achievements will fade into irrelevance. Only one thing will matter: the King who made you His heir. Today, evaluate where you're investing your energy. Are you pouring yourself into temporary things or eternal realities? God invites you to passionate, purposeful living centered on Him. Choose to be "steadfast, immovable, always abounding" in His work.
