Day 3: The Ministry of Reconciliation
Reading: 2 Corinthians 5:18-20
Devotional:
Paul writes that God has committed to believers the word of reconciliation, and that we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God Himself were pleading through us. An ambassador does not speak personal opinions. An ambassador carries the message of the one who sent them. The weight of that reality is staggering. When you share the gospel, God is pleading through your voice for the souls of those who are perishing. There is no Plan B. God has not arranged another method of reaching the lost. He has chosen the proclamation of the Word through the mouths of His people. That is both a privilege and a sobering responsibility.
Personal Reflection:
Does the way you live and speak reflect the urgency of an ambassador, or the casualness of someone who has forgotten whose message they carry?
Practical Application:
Write out in your own words what the message of reconciliation means to you personally. Practice sharing it conversationally in two minutes or less.

Reconciliation means to repent, reconnect, forgive, let God restore, give it all to him and he will do what only he can . His way his will. Nothing is impossible with God. Amen
