Day 4: Death Has Lost Its Victory
Reading: 1 Corinthians 15:50-58
Devotional:
The grave couldn't keep Him. Death couldn't hold Him. On the third day, Jesus rose victorious, and everything changed. Because He lives, we who are in Christ are also raised to new life. Death's sting—sin—has been removed. Death's power—the law's condemnation—has been broken. We don't serve a dead religious figure; we follow a risen Lord who sits at the Father's right hand, interceding for us. This means you don't have to live a defeated life. Yes, you'll face tribulation in this world, but take heart—Jesus has overcome the world. Whatever you're going through today, Jesus understands. He was rejected, mistreated, and suffered. But He didn't stay in the tomb, and neither will your struggles have the final word. You are more than a conqueror through Him.
