Day 2: You Are Part of an Unfinished Story
Reading: Acts 1:1-8
Devotional:
The book of Acts does not have a formal ending because the story was never meant to stop. The mission Jesus gave His disciples belongs to every generation that follows. You are not reading someone else's story from a distance — you are living inside it. The same Spirit that empowered the early church empowers believers today. The same gospel that Paul proclaimed in Antioch is the gospel entrusted to you now. This is not a spectator's faith. God's saving mission continues, and you have been given the extraordinary privilege of carrying it forward into the world around you.
Reflection:
Do you see yourself as an active participant in God's ongoing mission, or as a passive observer?*
Application:
Identify one person in your life who has not yet heard the gospel clearly and begin praying for an opportunity to point them toward Jesus.*

I know God has a plan and purpose for all of us . My prayer is that his will and his way will unfold even when I don't understand all of it . Proverbs 3:5-6 I will trust him always .
