Day 3: The Resurrection Changes Everything
Reading: Acts 13:26-37; Psalm 16:8-11
Devotional:
The resurrection is not a footnote to the gospel — it is the cornerstone. Paul builds his entire case in Antioch around it, drawing from Psalm 2, Isaiah 55, and Psalm 16 to show that Jesus rising from the dead was promised, planned, and purposeful. The death of Jesus was not a plan gone wrong. It was the plan all along. And the empty tomb confirms that every claim Jesus made is true, every promise He offered can be trusted, and every offer of forgiveness is real. If Jesus did not rise, there is nothing to believe. Because He did rise, there is everything to believe.
