When the Gospel takes root in a heart, it does not merely change Sunday mornings. It changes who you are, how you live, and what you value. The spreading of the Word described in Acts 13:49 was not simply information passing between people. It was transformation moving through a community. Colossians 3:16 calls believers to let the Word of Christ dwell in them richly, not as an occasional visitor but as a permanent resident. Matthew 4:4 frames God's Word as essential nourishment, not optional reading. A Bible that stays closed is like a meal left untouched. The Word must be received, not merely owned.
