The Sufficiency of Christ - Day 1: The Gospel That Was Sent to You
Day 1: The Gospel That Was Sent to You
Reading: Romans 10:13-17
Devotional:
The Gospel did not find you by accident. Peter stood before the Jerusalem council and reminded them that God deliberately chose him to carry the message to Cornelius. God sent a messenger so that people could hear, believe, and be saved. That same intentionality is behind every moment the Gospel reached your ears. Someone had beautiful feet because they came to you. The message they carried was not complicated: Jesus lived, died, rose again, and saves all who trust in Him. Today, consider the chain of messengers God used to bring that word to you, and ask who He is now sending you to reach.
